What are the turnaround times for the work to be done?
Normally, the work is done within a maximum of 24 hours for snow removal and a maximum of 96 hours (4 days) for summer services.
How are the prices calculated?
When you make a request, we ask you to define the size of the property using points that you will place at the boundaries of your property.
Who will come to my house?
GoRush has several independent workers registered in different sectors, cities, and regions. The workers are competent and show up quickly.
Do I have to provide my own equipment?
The worker who comes to your house will bring their own equipment.
How do payments work?
Payment is made by credit card. When you make a request and it is accepted, GoRush freezes the amount of the service on your card. When the service is completed, the money is automatically debited from your card.
How do I know that the work has started and then finished if I’m not at home?
When the worker arrives, they will take a video before starting the service and another one after. You will receive a notification on your app of the worker’s arrival and departure, and you will also receive the videos.
Is it possible to cancel a requested job?
If the work has not been accepted by someone, you will receive a full refund. In the case where your request has already been accepted by a worker, we will refund 90% of the amount. Refunds will be in your bank account within 4-5 business days.
